Payment of your registration fee and any selected additional items are due on completion of your registration. A tax invoice will be emailed to you with confirmation of your registration.
Membership cancellations received within 7 days of joining may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $10 service fee.
If the application is not successful, you will receive a full refund less a $10 service fee.
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must include the name of the person, cardholder, and/or transaction number.
Refunds are not payable if you simply change your mind.
Should an IRAHP event (social events, workshops, seminars …) be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, IRAHP will endeavour to process a full refund within 20 days of such circumstances being known.
Should your circumstance change and you no longer are able to attend, you must contact IRAHP in writing with your cancellation request including: your name, date, credit card’s type & No. and your reasons, at least 7 days prior to the commencement of that event. A cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply to cover costs.
Note: A refund will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received.
